Toolbars in MuseScore 3.6.2 and 3.7 extremely tiny

JoJo, this one is for you. You have assisted many with this issue in the past. I am running Windows 10 from a ThinkCentre to a Toshiba 32 inch TV screen. It works 100% with MuseScore 4 but when I want to use MuseScore 3 for transcriptions, the toolbars at the top are too tiny for my eyesight. I have tried everything by manipulating the command line by adding -D100 etc etc and x2.0 but nothing seems to increase these little toolbars. I have changed display settings but that tends to make the toolbars even more smaller. What can I do. I have also installed MuseScore several times hoping the bug will just disappear but obviously, it won't. But you can't blame a gal for trying. I need MuseScore 3 to have the same size toolbars as MuseScore 4. I have attached diagrams below for the sake of completeness.
