score not playing back
when i try to play the score i have open, no sound plays. it shows that it's playing (current notes are blue), but no actual sound is coming out of my computer. is it possible that i have changed something in the program or is this a bug i can fix? either way, it's pretty annoying/troublesome when i want to hear what i'm supposed to be playing but i can't. please help!

my operating system is windows 7, i don't know what version of musescore i'm running (can't find it), and i just tried a factory reset. sorry for the extremely late reply, i haven't had access to the computer i run musescore on.

Help / About tells you the version of just about any program, including MuseScore.
How did you do the factory reset, and did it help?
