missing Tempo symbol ?

Recently I was suggested a symbol indicating a relative tempo (see attachment).
I am not sure how it is called, and can't find it anywhere in MS.

Is anyone aware of it?
And how is it possible to include sth like this in a MS score?

I don't think that there is a SMuFL symbol for "approximately equal to".
So as Claudio suggested, you have to hunt down your own Unicode symbol.
