Corrupted File When Trying to Save
Trying to change notes in a measure into something else, but when I remove everything from the measure it says the file is corrupted and is in 11/8, and when I add new notes in it says the same thing but that it's in 10/8 (the section is in 3/4). This only happened on oboe for some reason, when I did it to clarinet with the same part it worked.

Actually it does. The error message says there's a problem in measure 117 staff 1, where the infernal contraption expected a measure of 3/4 and instead to it's chagrin found a measure of 10/8. So if the OP simply deletes that measure and re-enters it, it should be fixed. Back up the score beforehand.

That's all but one of multiple options
Your error message mentions: 'Part score: Oboe".
Have you tried opening the Parts dialog (the Parts button in the toolbar), clicking the "three dots" menu icon (next to the Oboe part), then selecting 'Reset'?
