MDL "Unable to download, save and verify the package. Check your internet connection."

I wanted to download the MDL extension on musescore 3 but then as I was downloading it a pop up keeps appearing saying "Unable to download, save and verify the package. Check your internet connection." Idk how to fix this, My internet connection is fine so Idk what's the problem here. If anyone has occur to this problem and has a fix please let me know.
