File corrupted - cannot be opened

My computer turned off and when i reopened musescore it said restore file. I clicked yes and saved(i think my mistake was clicking save rather then save as). Now when i attempt to open the file it says its corrupted and cannot be opened, i click ignore and nothing happens.

Help would be very much appreciated -> same thing happens when i try to open the backup(i removed the "~")
