HOW TO WRITE PIANO CADENZAS???
I've attached a picture here from Rach 2, anyone know how to get it so that the beam is a continuous line?

See https://musescore.org/en/handbook/4/cross-staff-notation. Write the entire line on one staff (with ledger lines), then move the appropriate portions to the other staff. Hide the rest on the other stave. Use the Join beams tool in the Beam properties palette to connect all the beams.

i made this in musecore myself and put it as a 24th tuplet and cue sized the whole line, i know i doesnt sound ideal but you can make as many things invisable as possible like the 24 bracket
As stated, cross-staff notation is a major part of this sort of thing. I prefer to use "real" notes as opposed to tuplets and to change the actual duration of the measure to match (24/8, in this case). The tricky bit is getting the treble clef right and for this I used some hidden rests in the left-hand stave.
