muse sounds and staff text

Hello. I downloaded some muse sounds , spitfire sounds to use on MuseScore. When I try to use the staff text to select some sounds pre sets It is not working. When I click on the speaker icon it desapers. So I cant find options to change the instrument sounds pre sets. I tried to re install muse hub and musescore again, but the problem continues. I am using windows 11. What sould I do to fix this?
