Imploding dynamics
Take 3 staves with the same dynamics in the same place in each stave.
When imploding the 3 staves into 1 the dynamics in the imploded stave appear bolder than usual, even after the imploded stave has been imploded again to make all the notes 1 voice. After selecting the dynamic and pressing delete it is still there. Select and delete again and the dynamic is still there but now not bolder.
It appears that the dynamics have been placed in the imploded stave 3 times. Perhaps they are in very very slightly different positions which gives the appearance of one bold one.

Ditto fermata but noticeably misaligned
That makes sense. It's putting everything (everything that it can implode at all) from the three staves into a single staff. The only possibilities for the Implode tool would be three copies of the dynamics or none. Think of it this way: do you want it to delete notes that happen to be duplicated between the three staves? Probably not!
Simply be aware that it happens and delete the soon-to-be duplicates before performing the implode step.

Fair enough, but when the imploded stave is imploded again to put all the notes into voice 1 (where note lengths align) it does indeed delete notes that happen to be duplicated, as it should, but it still leaves three copies of dynamics. Also three copies of fermata in 3 voices on one note in voice 1.
