How can I restore my 'deleted' score
I'm a 13-year-old composer. I made this piece, which I was gonna copy & paste to another score. The score was lagging, so I deleted some files to get storage and stop the bugging. I saved the piece after I deleted some storage. I returned the next day to see the piece, but it wasn't there. Does anyone know how to solve this?
I posted it to my Instagram before this issue, if this helps restore the score.

Musescore saves backup files in a hidden .mscbackup folder, which is located in the same place as your project file.
There should be a file named .name_of_your_file.mscz~
where "name_of_your_file" is the name of your project file.
Copy it to another location, remove the ~ from the file name and try to open it.

The file--and the folder that it sits in--is usually marked as "hidden". The process to display hidden folders is different on every operating system. Do a Google search for how to do so on yours. Do that, and then look again.

I'm not a mac user. But I remember that you can search for files there via finder. Just use search and type .mscz~
I also know that you have time machine, which sometimes helps to recover deleted files.
