Dotted 64ths have their dots overlapped with the beams (Tabs)

I was transcribing a guitar solo when I came across this issue:
When I put this on a staff it looks fine. The issue happens in a tablature (see image 1)
This engraving issue can be fixed manually, but some nearby beams disappear when editing the first group (they reappear after saving, see image 2)

I have to say this is a extremely rare scenario; if someone already got this issue, please comment for helping with this detail (see score).
