link Musescore with handbook?
Musescore 1.3. When I click 'help', it asks if I want the local or the online handbook. I have downloaded the PDF handbook and would like to use that, however when I select that option nothing happens. I'd have thought I'd have been given the option at that point to find the handbook so the software knows where it is.
Is there a way to link Musescore to the handbook so it opens when I want it to? Or is there some other way of accessing it via the software? Thanks.

The handbook is installed with the software, the online version may be more updated.
If you have downloaded the handbook separately, copy it to the corresponding folder.
On Vista it's like in the attached image.

That online PDF version is not any newer than the version that is part of MuseScore 1.3 it got generated 18Feb2013
Only the online HTML version is newer and significantly newer.
