Another corrupted file issue

Hey ya'll, Wanted to see if anyone could crack why this file is corrupted and any possible fic for it. Working with windows and MS4

It is entirely full of zeros and cannot be fixed.

Only if you had a program or system that logged eveything you do could an attempt be made to find out why it happened.
