Keyboard shortcut for Select All Similar Elements not working
I've successfully set a keyboard shortcut to activate the "Note Names" plugin, but no matter what I try I can't get a keyboard shortcut to work for the "Select - All Similar Elements" function. Has anyone gotten a shortcut for this function to work or have any ideas why I can't?

This is probably a silly question, but I'm new to the bug reporting process. How do I download the version with this fix? After the 2.0 Beta 1 release, I can't seem to find the incremental nightly builds so I'm a bit confused on where to go to get a version with this fix included.

That's it, thanks! It's been awhile since I've done the nightly build thing. Actually I have another question about this. Now that 2.0 Beta 1 is released, are the nightly builds versions that started there and incrementally put in fixes that will lead to 2.0 Beta 2?
