Help with SATB harmonization

"Is there any method or plugin that can help me with SATB voice distribution according to the written chords? Attached is a test file."

On any given chord, there are at least 12 ways to harmonize it for SATB. How do you expect a program ("plug-in", in MuseScore's term) to guess which of them you want? ... this time? ... since the choice you make will likely change from one note to the next.
