screen doesn't follow

When inserting notes, the screen doesn't follow your actions: reaching the bottom of the page, the notes will be placed at the top of the next, but then i have to quit inserting, to drag the page into my screen, before i can proceed inserting. Very annoying.
BTW: with inserting text the screen does follow, so the same effect should be applyable here.
