Proper rhythmic division over beats.

Please see attached file, particularly bars 13, 15 and 18.

The present approach to beaming over beats does not lend itself to easy understanding.

I asked about this some good time ago, and although I received an answer, I am not really in agreement with MuseScore's approach, so I'd like to consider it again.
