Simple Lead Sheet
I made a lead sheet. Things were fine. Now that I've aged a bit I need to make a large print version. I successfully switched it from 4 measures per line to 3, but I can't make the lyrics bigger. I have selected all the text, then followed: Style - Edit Text Style - Lyrics Odd Lines. I have clicked 'apply' and 'okay.' The changes are saved in the dialog box, but do not appear in the music. I've reloaded. I've saved and re-saved. I've updated to 1.3. Same issue. Help!

Right click on a syllable;
Select> All similar elements;
Right click> Text property: Sets the preferred size
FYI, in 1.3 and earlier versions, text styles don't generally apply to already-created text items - they just set defaults for new ones. Although there are cases where certain text items get re-generated on the fly fir various reasons and thus can pick up text style changes if you haven't already customized them further via text properties.
For 2.0, this will all be much simplified; text styles always apply to both already-created and new text items.
