R2451 Artifact rehearsal letter +

Rehearsal letter retains artifact even after clicking away from the insert. This artifact prints.
Workaround: Save and reload.

I can reproduce this in the r.2451 prerelease but I can't reproduce it in the latest nightly. Maybe it is already fixed.

There is a bug in 2451 regarding the text cursor in chordnames, as you knbow. When this bug is "invoked" it also breaks the ability to select a note and change it's pitch. Again, workaround is save.
