Where to find "nightly build"?
If i search on "nightly build" I find many threads that mention it but I can't find an actual page that has it to download. The "download" link under 2.0 beta only leads to the same beta 1 installer I have already from long ago.
Does the "nightly build" incorporate fixes made since beta 1? If so, where is it available?

Yes, and you can have both installed without conflicts

They coexist in disk, you can't run them at the same time though.
