Improper beaming

See bar 11, 15 etc. for improper beaming.

I believe that it is related to the pickup bar I added after everything else, because it wasn't there before.
Initially I tried to place a bar at the beginning but was unable to remove the time sigs. in what was then bar 2, so I reverted and added the bar where the 2nd bar was. I then added the double bar line and moved everything over.

Any idea how this happened? Are you able to reproduce the bug starting from a new score?

Copying the measure, inserting a new one and pasting the contents into the new measure seems to get rid of the weird beams.
