New section
How do I start a new movement (section) in a score? By new movement I mean new system (not page), new time and key signatures a nd restart measure numbering. As a new user, I have found it impossible to find an answer in the forums. Thanks

There have been a number of discussions of how to do this in the current (1.3) version - see for example http://musescore.org/en/node/17601. Basically, add the line break, time signatyure, and key signature normally, hide the courtesy time & key signature that would normally appear, reset measure numbers using measure proerties (right click menu).
In 2.0, this will all be very much simpler - just use the new Section Break.
