Time and Key signature Error

I was trying to write a piece in D minor, which went fine at first. I don't know exactly when this happened, but I eventually noticed that the time signature was appearing both in front of and behind the clefs. The key signature did the same thing, but even stranger, in the bass clef, when I put the D minor signature it is recognized as G minor, but only in the bass clef. I have no idea how to fix this. I've tried to delete the measure, replace the time and key signature, and also closed musescore down to see if it would stop. It didn't work. I would appreciate it if anyone had any way to fix this.
