I do not think I have figured out the problem, but:
I inserted a couple of measures before the 102;
I copied the chords;
I deleted the measures unnecessary.
I think there is some corruption, see it as a double bar at the end of your measure 103
Not sure what your question is... or if you are asking for help... but I'll take a guess.
If you tried to upload the attached score on musescore.com, it will not work because of the last measures. These are weird, you can try to delete them by selecting them and press Ctrl + Del to delete them. Another thing is that the "score" is completely unusable for a musician starting from measure 13...
