Can you provide more information? Which build of MuseScore, what OS, does sound work on other scores, did it previously work on this one, did you previously install a different version of Msuecore, what soundfont are you using, what I/O settings, have you tried a Revert to factory settings , etc? And can you post the score you are having problems with if it's unique to this score?

Hi, I am having the same problem. It is not just one score as i have tried 3 different scores with no sound from either of them. The MIDI files work fine in musescore 1.3
I am running Windows Vista and have only started having problems today when using musescore 2.0 beta 2
