MScore beta 2 - drag copy functions don't include time sigs

Hi people. Just noticed that when I drag/copy [LMB + ctrl] bars then paste, the time sigs are not copied. Everything was in 4/4 - a bar of 3/4 in this case was not copied though the note data was. Should this be? Bug?

This is intended, and is the same as 1.3. Also the same with other methods of range selection (eg, click / shift+click). The ability to copy time signatures as well would be a nice enhancement some day.
