copyright footer
I would like to have a copyright footer only on the first page. I have questions how to do this in both 1.3 and 2.0.
In 1.3, I can select the copyright line on every page where I don't want to see it, and set it to invisible. But if I close and reopen the file, the invisibility attribute is lost and all the copyright footers are visible again. Is there a way to make the invisibility persist?
In 2.0, I can't figure out how to select the footer text on any page, which means that the technique that works in 1.3 is not available. It appears that the "Headers, Footers, Numbers" dialog under Style/General allows you to turn off the footer for the first page, but not to turn it off for all pages other than the first. Is there some other way to achieve the result I'm after?
Also, there appears to be a bug in the formatting of the 2.0 Style/General dialog (and perhaps others; I haven't checked). I run Windows 7 (on a Dell laptop) with the taskbar positioned at the top of the screen and permanently visible, and with this configuration, MuseScore 2 formats this dialog so that the OK/Apply/Cancel buttons are drawn below the bottom of the screen, where I can neither see nor press them. I have to auto-hide my taskbar in order to make these buttons usable.

Even if the dialog box is resized using the mouse on a corner of it? Can you attach a screen?

I can use the mouse to make the dialog box wider or narrower, but I can't change its vertical size that way because none of the corners are accessible. The top corners are behind the taskbar, and the bottom corners are below the bottom of the screen. I've discovered I *can* resize by typing Alt+space s and using the up and down arrow keys, but that's a pain and I'd hate to have to do that every time I invoke the dialog. The dialog box should size itself properly to begin with.

I apologize for any inaccuracies (I do not speak English).
I see the bar Edit Style, click and drag with the mouse, then resize it should be possible (at least here, on Vista), as for the other software.
I would prefer if MuseScore remember the size set in the last session but for now does not seem possible.

You're right, that works. But I'll repeat that I don't think it should be necessary. I don't know of any other program that requires the user to move a window, resize it, and then move it again before the Ok/Cancel buttons can be used. They just format the window correctly in the first place to fit the space available.

By the way, for the copyright notice I did as you suggested in 1.3 (where I'm still doing my real work), and it has made life a lot easier. Thanks for that, and also for your answer for 2.0.
What is the resolution of your screen? There is a nightly build after 2.0 Beta 2 that made that dialog and 2 more smaler to even fit netbook screens 1024x600, before that change even 768 was not high enough

It's 1366x768.
