The minimum is:
the operating system you are using
the version of MuseScore (see Help:About)
step by step instructions on how to reproduce the problem
If you are using a 2.0 build as one of the beta or nightly builds, try updating to the latest nightly - some bugs have been fixed recently that you might be seeing.
