The accidental on the last note has been added by me. Even though the sound was correct for the flatted note, the accidental was not there. It should be.

The section in the .png was a section that was copied from another 2 bars, with some different notes, pasted and then the Eb's were made by altering those notes.

I think you have to add it to the issue tracker manually. I don't think there is a way to convert the post from a forum topic into an issue report.
