Same score as Missinmg Stems
Now the 2nd voice will not engage.
I select n, select voice 2 and the cursor does not change colour. I tried the reverse order but no joy.

Only the keyboard entry is disabled. I am still able to add the 2nd voice via the mouse.

Try saving the score, closing MuseScore, and reopening it.
A few weeks ago I experienced something similar to what you are describing. I wasn't been able to reproduce it at the time and it hasn't happened since. If you discover the steps to reproduce this please share.

I simply worked out the fix and finished that score's note entry.
