Transposing instruments not being transposed
I have an English horn line that musescore playback is playing as written, despite the staff properties being set to play it transposed down a fifth (as is how English horn works). How can I fix this without re-keying the entire part into a new instrument?

Hard to say what might be going on without seeing the actual score. In general, if you have "Concert Pitch" turned *on* when entering notes, you should enter notes at *sounding* pitch. If you have "Concert Pitch" turned *off* when entering notes, you should enter notes at *written* pitch. My guess is you somehow got this crossed.
