Ability to Transpose scores to different instruments.
Often there is music I want but its almost always in the wrong instrument or the melody at least is. I wish yiu could through the app just transpose it.

Are you talking about MuseScore score writer? if yes, you can already change the instrument of a given staff. Right click the staff -> staff properties -> change instrument.

Mobile app, it doesnt allow you change music to other instruments for example if I want to change piano to trombone.

True as far as I know. BTW, that's not transposition - that's changing instruments. Anyhow, You can make that change using MuseScore on your computer, then load the edited score into the mobile app. Does seem like a nice enhancement someday for the mobile app.
Or, if you are talking about the mobile app, there is the tranpose control at the bottom. At least, there is for Songbook in iOS, not sure about other versions.

Both MuseScore and MuseScore songbook on Android and iOS have the transpose feature. You can't change the clef though.
