MS 2 creates folder strucutre in "Documents" without permission

MS 2 has created a folder for itself in my documents folder (windows 8). It did not ask permission and I find apps that think they can sh*t all over the documents folder to be extremely annoying.

1) I'd like to suggest that the user be given the option to chose the location OR, better yet, just store them in the install folder.

2) How can I moved this and redirect MS to its new location?
