How do I notate without a time signature and bar lines?
Hi all,
I'm trying to compose without a time signature or bar lines but I can't make it happen. There is always a time signature and I have no idea how to get rid of it. If anybody could help me out it would be much appreciated. Thanks

MuseScore is designed for music with measures.
To achieve your goal you'll have to work around several features.
For a start :
Right click on a time signature -> set inviible.
increase the number of beats per measure by right click -> measure properties
