Palette Context Menu

It is written:
"Right-clicking below the list of palettes opens the palette context menu. The menu allows you to change the palette behavior and to reset all palettes to default..."
I've tried to right-click, but nothing happened.
Where do I have to click?

however, this doesn't anwer my question.
The context menu should allow the user to reset all palettes to default,
and the point to click on should be located below the list of palettes.

'Below' it refers to the settings to customize palettes, at least I think.

I think maybe that part of the documentation is out of date. The reset option I know of is in Edit / Workspaces, called "Undo Changes".
