Move "Measure Numbers" options from Style>General>Header, Footer, Numbers to Style>General>Measure

This is a request to move "Measure Numbers" from Style>General>Header, Footer, Numbers to Style>General>Measure since they are "measure" numbers. It makes it easier to locate there rather than grouping it with Header and Footer.
