0.9.6 Midi input from keyboard not working.

MuseScore 0.9.6, Windows XP, Creativelabs SB Sound Card with MIDI connection. Jack Server (current download)

Playback is working fine.

Unable to enter notes from MIDI keyboard. No reaction to keys pressed in Note Entry mode.

I/O under preferences. MIDI Input section blank.

Turned off "Internal Jack Server", restarted MuseScore, Internal Jack Server use box is still checked.

Version 0.9.5 allowed me to input notes from my MIDI keyboard, but would not playback on it.

Thanks for a great product! I can't wait to use the new version.
