There is no sound in mac os x yosemite
i can't hear what I'm writing, or hear after I'm writing.
I'm entered the mixer and the sound box of all the instruments are empty.

Presumably you had an older incompatible version installed and its settings are conflicting with the current version, preventing MuseScore from finding any soundfonts. You can fix this using https://musescore.org/en/node/35956

Understood, but you probably also had an older incompatible version previusly installed, as I said. The instructions in the link I gave should fix it.
