like if i write clarinet 1,2 in the same line can i slit the to different pages?

If you mean having 2 voices in one stave in the score and want to have 2 parts, one for each voice, the answer is no.
If you have a stave with 2 voices and want to convert that into 2 staves with 1 voice each, the answer is yes, that is possible.

Create 2nd staff, select 1st staff, use selection filter to restrict selection to voice 2, copy from 1st staff, paste to 2nd staff, swap voice 1 and 2 in 2nd stave, delete the voice 2 rests in 2nd staff.
Or select staff, rightclick, split staff, select splitpoint.
