Local Handbook not opening
Just loaded 0.9.6 on Windows Vista Home Premium 64 bit and the Local Handbook won't open. I didn't have a problem in 0.9.5, but when I select Local Handbook on 0.9.6 as if by magic, nothing happens! No errors, nothing. I can go to the directory and open it manually without any issues, it just won't open from within Musescore. Tried Uninstall/Reinstall, but no change. Tried pressing F1 and it didn't work either.

It's known bug for 0.9.6 #6060: Help > Local Handbook doesn't work. It will be solved in next version.
The handbook is available in C:\Program Files\MuseScore\man . Pick the PDF for your language.
