Moving a tied crotchet

1) Create a piano score.
2) Input two crotchets next to each other and tie them.

From there, we have two related issues:

Grab the first note and drag it down, then remove the tie = the second note will move from where you dragged it.
OR
Grab the second note and drag it down (it will not let you, which is fine), then remove the tie = the second note will move to where you wanted to drag it.
