Where are your voltas? Which measures if the repeat section should play 1st and which 2nd time?
Oh, I see, you want certain instruments play 2nd time only. No, MuseScore can't do that.
Your musicians can though...
For MuseScore to play it back, you'd have to spell it out, see attached
