When adding or removing instruments, the score doesn't line up correctly. No drumline sounds. Can't do selective crescendos and decrescendos. Would be kind of nice to have harmonic and melodic minor key signatures. Sounds not as clear at faster tempos.

Could you explain what you mean by "the score doesn't line up correctly"?
What do you mean by "selective" crescendos and decrescendos?
Key signatures for harmonic minor are the same as key signatures for melodic minor. The different notes should be added as accidentals not in the key signature. Is that what you meant?
Could you give an example of sound not being as clear at faster tempos?
What version of MuseScore are you using? What operating system?
