Can you say what specifically you are having trouble with? I see use of "Voices", also "Cross staff beaming", oth of which are covered in the Handbook. Also extended ties - ties between non-adjacent notes. There is no special handbook entery for this that I know of, but should work just fine just entering the notes, then clicking the first note of the pair and pressing the "tie" button.

if that doens't help, please explain in more detail what the issue is.

You need to visualise the different Voices and then build it in layers - Voice 1 for the top one or two notes, Voice 2 for the next level down etc. Then you will need to make rests invisible, flip slurs and stems etc. A fundamental problem with this measure, however, is that it has not been layed out correctly to begin with. What are the dotted notes in the triplets meant to be? - dotted triplet quavers, dotted crotchets? You can certainly end up with the score looking like this but playback is a different matter.
