Div. not able to divide

I'm bringing a piece from band (As Summer Was Just Beginning by L. Daehn, bassoon part) and there's a divide on measures 10, 11, and 12. In measure eleven, a quarter note and a half note would share the same div., any ideas or help as to how to get this to work? (link of the measures //imgur.com/rDlLy6c )
