Update Working Day 1, Not opening now

Hi, I recently updated my Windows 7 from version 1.3 to 2, and I was able to transfer all of my music just fine to MuseScore 2. However, I have tried opening the application several times, even "manually." I have tried opening it from opening my unfinished and finished music, and still, it won't open. I have tried permanently removing it from my computer and re-downloading it, and nothing worked. I'm not sure if I am able to go back to 1.3 and see if it works, or if I need to update my windows. Any advice?
