Frequent crashes with notehead moves on horizontal axis
When working with music in multiple voices and attempting to move noteheads in voice 2/3 to avoid collisions / overlap with material in voice 1, I am encountering extremely frequent crashes (roughly 1 out of 3 attempts to move a notehead crashes MuseScore). No specific replicable conditions other than the general ones mentioned. However, crash *usually* occurs when attempting to double-click a notehead to enable moving (although sometimes during the move operation itself).
Using 0.9.6.2 under OSX 10.5.8.

There is a bug in MuseScore 0.9.6.2. It crashes if you double click twice on any element...

Thanks for that... so this is apparently a user patience issue? :) I'll try the nightly out and see if it makes life easier. Thanks again!

No, nighlies will not make your life easier at all ! Nightlies are meant for testing, there are a lot of new features in nighlies but the majority are still in construction. Don't use a nightly only for this bug fix.

Well, sure, but maybe just for the purpose of adjusting all these voice-collisions, at least (the piece I'm messing around with is notated quite polyphonically and there are many such collisions occurring). I was not aware of double-double-clicking at all. It is hard to know the difference, currently, between MuseScore thinking about your double-click input request for a second and not having it "heard" at all.

It's not a good idea neither to use a nightly to do the adjustment and come back to 0.9.6.2. MuseScore is not forward compatible. A file written with a more recent version ( > 0.9.6.2) will not be open by a past version (MuseScore 0.9.6.2)

I was not aware of that. Thanks for the heads up. Look forward to 0.9.6.3 :)

...Are you devs planning to eventually introduce more nuanced / conventional behavior re: the spacing of seconds and unisons when using multiple voices? This would entirely avoid the time-consuming requirement to manually tweak a bunch of noteheads in such situations.
