Repeat different things at different times
Hello all,
I have a repeated solo with optional marked solos for both alto and tenor saxes. I wish to have them play at different times, so that only one solo plays at any given time. I still wish to have them inside the repeat lines and with the same backing.
Is there any way I can go about this? I've had a play, and can't figure it out.

I'll have a go. I may just take one of the solos out for playback, and put it back in for playing/printing. Cheers anyway!
Basically, no. Other than using voltas (endings), repeats are repeat. You can make a copy of your score with the repeats "unrolled" for playback purposes if that's important.
