Creating a slur to a bottom measure

I want to know how to create a slur that will connect from the treble voice to the bass voice. This I mean is in piano music, there are 2 voices: a bass and a treble. I just want to know how to slur notes from treble to bass and vice-versa.

There is no keyboard shortcut for moving one end of the slur to a different staff but you can drag the handles using the mouse. For details see the handbook page Slur .
