Rests not highlighted during playback

Notes are highlighted as they are played; rests are not.

  • Normal (static) selection highlight should not be visible during playback.
  • Playback cursor and highlight should progress through each individual tied note, even though they are played as one continuous tone.
  • Playback cursor and highlight should progress through each individual rest.
